Job Overview:
Own the execution of BOYY’s premium physical and branded touchpoints. This role demands strong vector craftsmanship, deep understanding of materials, and precision in delivering packaging and print-based assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine packaging, labels, structural dielines, retail signage, merchandise assets, and printed collaterals

- Prepare press-ready files and manage technical specifications for production

- Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure premium craftsmanship and timely delivery

- Support packshot photography and layout preparation for e-commerce

- Enforce corporate identity guidelines in all physical brand executions

- Support digital projects when required

Functional Strengths:

- Expert in vector design, print processes, and material development

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop

- Strong communication capability with printers, vendors, and retail teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design or related field

- 1-3 years experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry preferred

- Ability to shoot and edit photo/video content independently

- Strong typography, layout craft and detail-oriented mindset

- Proficient in English and Thai (written and verbal)

- Organized, proactive, collaborative, and accountable working style

- Ability to perform in a fast pace under pressure between projects, high-standards environment

- Passion for contemporary aesthetics and BOYY’s creative vision

- Motion graphics & 3D skills are highly advantageous

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver assets for Instagram, TikTok, website, digital campaigns, and paid media

- Edit short-form videos using iPhone + Adobe Premiere/After Effects workflows

- Maintain BOYY-standard quality and consistency across all digital platforms

- Participate in content shoots photography & video for digital storytelling

- Apply social media safe-zone and format standards across regions

We are seeking a Client Advisor who will play a key role in achieving and exceeding the store’s commercial targets while building authentic, long-term relationships with BOYY clients.

Responsibilities:

- Support BOYY’s growth and strengthen its position as a leading luxury brand in the Bangkok retail market.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by combining deep product knowledge with authentic human connections.

- Maintain and expand the global client list for BOYY Bangkok Retail, proactively identifying clienteling opportunities.

- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets while supporting long-term growth through daily sales and footfall reporting.

- Consistently exceed sales, customer experience, and operational KPIs.

- Assist the Store Manager in stock management, reporting any discrepancies, theft, or damage.

- Stay informed about the local market and identify new business opportunities.

- Provide support in Visual Merchandising when required.

- Be flexible and available to work shifts across Monday to Sunday.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in a dynamic retail environment (luxury experience preferred).

- Fluency in both English and Thai; additional languages are an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is a plus, but not required.
