Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Senior Social Media Optimizer who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing data trends, developing engaging content, and fostering community engagement across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support the creation process when needed and/or requested and manage published content (images, videos, and written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement.
- Use analytics tools to assess performance and optimize social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to produce relevant content.
- Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or optimization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok , Instagram, etc.) and best practices.
- Proven experience with social media analytics and optimization tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
