BOYY Weaving Diversity
In celebration of Pride 2026, and inspired by the values of diversity, connection, and collective expression, BOYY introduces a new public collaboration initiative under BOYY UP, the brand’s ongoing commitment to transforming surplus materials through thoughtful upcycling and community-driven design.
Throughout the project, visitors are invited to the BOYY Bangkok Flagship Store at Central Embassy to become part of a collective weaving process, contributing to a collaborative piece created from leftover leather materials. Each piece becomes part of an ever-evolving collective artwork, bringing together diverse perspectives, stories, and identities. Through these individual contributions, a larger narrative of inclusivity, diversity, and belonging emerges.
BOYY
Made for Bangkok
Once completed, the woven piece will be transformed through BOYY UP’s upcycling process into a series of public chairs. These pieces will find a permanent home in a public space in Bangkok, one that reflects the city’s diversity through its people, routines, and everyday shared experiences.
ABOUT BOYY UP
BOYY UP is an ongoing design initiative that reflects BOYY’s commitment to creativity, longevity, and responsible production. Rooted in the idea of giving existing resources a new purpose, the initiative transforms surplus materials and finished goods from BOYY into entirely new designs through a process of creative reinvention.
