We are seeking a Store Manager who will play a key role in achieving and exceeding the store’s commercial targets while building authentic, long-term relationships with BOYY clients.
The candidate we are looking for will be a dynamic and inspiring leader, a true ambassador who will promote BOYY values in this key market, achieving and exceeding the commercial targets of the new store.
Responsibilities:
- Support Brand growth and solidify BOYY’s position as a key player in the luxury retail market
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with product knowledge and creating strong human connections
- Maintain the global client list for BOYY Store and support its growth by proactively identifying clienteling opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and support long-term goals providing daily sales and footfall reports
- Analyze, track, maintain and exceed sales, customer experience and operational KPIs
- Manage internal stock and report any theft or damage to senior management
- Have a keen awareness of the local market and be able to identify opportunities
- Create weekly and monthly schedules, ensuring floor coverage and thinking strategically to maximize sales
- Model the way by inspiring, motivating and encouraging the team
- Train and develop the team through in the moment coaching and regular feedback sessions to improve individual and Team performances
- Support in Visual Merchandising
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all BOYY Employees
- Be available to work on shift from Monday to Sunday.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in a dynamic retail environment (luxury experience preferred) managing a team of four.
- Fluent in both English and Thai (other languages are considered a plus)Experience in Microsoft Excel & Google for Business

We are seeking a Client Advisor who will play a key role in achieving and exceeding the store’s commercial targets while building authentic, long-term relationships with BOYY clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support BOYY’s growth and strengthen its position as a leading luxury brand in the Bangkok retail market.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by combining deep product knowledge with authentic human connections.
- Maintain and expand the global client list for BOYY Bangkok Retail, proactively identifying clienteling opportunities.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets while supporting long-term growth through daily sales and footfall reporting.
- Consistently exceed sales, customer experience, and operational KPIs.
- Assist the Store Manager in stock management, reporting any discrepancies, theft, or damage.
- Stay informed about the local market and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide support in Visual Merchandising when required.
- Be flexible and available to work shifts across Monday to Sunday.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in a dynamic retail environment (luxury experience preferred).
- Fluency in both English and Thai; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is a plus, but not required.
