STORE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
BOYY is looking for an experienced store manager to join its retail team. Responsibilities include:
– Responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in the store by creating a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with Retail Manager
– Regularly analyze and follow up the Store’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results
– Set the hours plan in line with the sales budget
– Together with the Store Team, ensure scheduling maximizes conversion within the frame of the hours plan
– Prioritize and take actions in the store that have a clear impact on sales in line with Team and Retail Manager
– Give input to the Retail Manager on the Store’s allocation to secure a good merchandising level according to sales
– Ensure that Store’s execution continuously meets company standards and follow up using the Customer Experience Tool
– Ensure Store Operations Best Practices are followed in store, according to the plan
– Ensure customer service standards are delivered in the store
– Ensure that the maintenance in the store is managed in a cost-efficient way and meets company standards and initiate actions accordingly
– Actively prevent loss and ensure the Store Team follows appropriate guidelines and takes any appropriate action
– Inform of any potential risks, threats and opportunities related to the competitor landscape
KEY SKILLS
– Works well under pressure and with deadlines
– Significant experience in retail business and human resources
– Strong leadership, interpersonal, management, customer service, and multitasking skills

Project Coordinator (Trainee)
DEPARTMENT: Office
LOCATION: Bangkok

CONTRACT: Part-Time
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project manage the implementation and transition to the new ERP system for BOYY Thailand
- Work closely with ERP consultants in managing ERP implementation project
- Work with Director of Operations to set deadlines and responsibilities of the project
- Track and monitor progress of project. Work with various departments to ensure project deliverables are completed on time
- Identify issues and risks to be escalated to management on a timely manner
- Support Director of Operations with analysis and excel modeling as required
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or IT
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Basic understanding of ERP required, ERP implementation experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communications skills and work well in teams
