ASSISTANT DESIGNER (TECHNICAL)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bridging between the design / development department and the production team and other related parties for new product and raw material information, while working closely with the design team in developing materials for classic and featured designs and stories, as well as responsible for liaising with the design team and factories for any updates and changes to the material specification in both sampling and production processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid in the Transfer design and development notes and information to the production team
– Responsible in updating the collection linesheet,
– Update design notes and changes to any classic styles.
– Organize and archive existing and new raw design and production materials by season / collection
– Standardize and archive raw material catalogues, color cards, and sample cards from suppliers
– Review and verify development information prior to the handover to production team
– Retain and update raw material and hardware knowledge
– Aid in scheduling sample production in providing materials to execute the following tasks and briefs

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
– A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail / luxury space
– Fluent English and Thai

– Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
– Confident and articulate
– Passionate about fashion, handbags, and BOYY brand
– Proficient user of IT systems, Excel; Adobe is a plus.

STORE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
BOYY is looking for an experienced store manager to join its retail team. Responsibilities include:

– Responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in the store by creating a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with Retail Manager
– Regularly analyze and follow up the Store’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results
– Set the hours plan in line with the sales budget
– Together with the Store Team, ensure scheduling maximizes conversion within the frame of the hours plan
– Prioritize and take actions in the store that have a clear impact on sales in line with Team and Retail Manager
– Give input to the Retail Manager on the Store’s allocation to secure a good merchandising level according to sales
– Ensure that Store’s execution continuously meets company standards and follow up using the Customer Experience Tool
– Ensure Store Operations Best Practices are followed in store, according to the plan
– Ensure customer service standards are delivered in the store
– Ensure that the maintenance in the store is managed in a cost-efficient way and meets company standards and initiate actions accordingly
– Actively prevent loss and ensure the Store Team follows appropriate guidelines and takes any appropriate action
– Inform of any potential risks, threats and opportunities related to the competitor landscape

KEY SKILLS
– Works well under pressure and with deadlines
– Significant experience in retail business and human resources

ASSISTANT COMMUNICATION MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Develop and implement marketing strategies and marketing activities to drive sales performance and meet business targets
– Define and implement an annual media plan, in line with strategy and requirements
– Own budgeting and financial control of all marketing activities
– Plan and execute CRM–related activities
– Create and organize brand PR events to meet business objectives
– Develop excellent relationships with key media and identify new partnership opportunities to maximizing editorial coverage
– Monitor and maintain press clippings and report to brand team
– Provide statistical analysis of all editorial results for review and analysis
– Drive and execute digital marketing strategy for the brand (paid and organic)
– Develop and manage content (written and graphic) for online and offline communications
– Collaborate with graphic team on assets for marketing use

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

AR ACCOUNTING

DEPARTMENT: Accounting

JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist Accounting and Finance Manager on Account Receivable functions, To follow up payment, issue receipts and other documentations per assignment.


RESPONSIBILITIES
– Follow up with customers for collection of payments and tracking appropriate action for overdue balances.
– Issue the receipt / tax invoice and ensure to send receipt to customer.
– Reconciliations of transaction received in bank statement.
– Check the received in the Bank in daily basis and record the received in the system.
– Review AR statements for accuracy and check balances.
– Preparation of the sales VAT report on monthly basis.
– Filling documents.
– Responsible for accounts receivable including aging follow–up and customer statements.
– Monitor customer account details and ensuring customer paid on times.
– Keep the invoice payment info file.
– Monitor supplier account details.
– Process payments to supplier by chq and transfer.
– Record A/P transaction of account.
– Issue withholding tax certificate PND.3, PND.53
– Record supplier payments.
– Reconcile PND.3, PND.53
– Submit PND.3, PND.53 to the revenue department.


REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
– Minimum 1 year solid experience in Accounting.
– Background experience in business Freight Forwarder is a plus.
– Can work under pressure.
